Strawberry Sour Cream Scones With Brown Sugar Crumble

- 1/2 cup sour cream

Brown Sugar Crumble:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small pieces
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Cut in butter with a pastry blender or your fingers until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
3. Add strawberries and toss to coat.
