Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat Oven and Prepare Pans
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9-inch round cake pans and line the bottom with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
